Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees apply beginning 7 days prior to the first day of your scheduled course or diving trip. We make every effort to prepare for your visit by arranging staff and reserving your schedule.
Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the total amount of your reservation.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation Fee Schedule (Based on the First Day of Your Reservation)

5 to 7 days before: 10%    4 days before: 20%

3 days before: 30%    2 days before: 50%

1 day before: 100%    Same day: 100%

*These cancellation fees also apply if the number of participants or the number of scheduled dives is reduced.

*If you notify us of a cancellation after our business hours (after 6:00 PM), it will be processed on the following business day.

*No cancellation fee will be charged if you are unable to travel to Oshima due to a typhoon, natural disaster, transportation disruptions, or if diving is canceled because of unsafe sea conditions.
